Kerri Powers has 25 years of experience in the legal field, primarily within the areas of transactional law and estate planning. She graduated from Clover Park Technical College with a certification from their legal secretary program in 1996 and has been working in law ever since. After recently spending a short time doing probate and litigation work, she has joined NxNW and rediscovered her passion for working within the field of transactional law alongside the NxNW Team. Kerri specializes in providing quality service, accuracy in drafting, and above all else, immersing herself in the details that make transactional law so unique.

Personal

Living in Tacoma with her significant other, Dallas, and their two pets, (one cat, one dog), Kerri spends her free time listening to music (especially on vinyl), attending classic car shows, and binge-watching true crime and HBO series. She enjoys spending time with her son (Nick), Dallas, her family, and her cherished friends. As a lifelong Washingtonian, Kerri understands the Tacoma community and is very excited to be working with local nonprofits and businesses. She loves seeing her hometown thrive and getting to be a part of that has a very special place in her heart.
